Carpe Vita Training & Coaching processes personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

Results from profiling and development instruments (such as Insights Discovery, DISC, Lumina, or similar tools)

Personal development data resulting from coaching and training programs

Within our services, we use various profiling and development instruments to provide insight into behavior, communication, and collaboration.

This data:

• is used exclusively for coaching, training, and development purposes
• is shared only with the participant and – if applicable and agreed upon – with the client

is treated confidentially.

The use of these tools always takes place with the explicit consent of the participant in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant tool supplier.

This privacy policy applies to all activities performed by Carpe Vita Training & Coaching.

This also applies to:

• trainers
• coaches
• personal assistants
• collaboration partners

who perform activities on behalf of or commissioned by Carpe Vita Training & Coaching.

Everyone involved in the execution of our services is bound by the same confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Preparing quotations
• Conducting training and coaching
• Handling invoicing
• Maintaining contact
• Informing about our services
• Sending newsletters (only with consent)
• Entering into and executing agreements

Carpe Vita Training & Coaching does not make decisions based on automated processing that could have significant consequences for individuals.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

In some cases, profile reports (such as Insights Discovery or similar tools) are printed by an external party.

These parties:

• receive only the strictly necessary data to execute the print order

Where applicable, we enter into a data processing agreement with these parties to ensure the protection of personal data.
