During this team building day with Insights Discovery, all participants discover their personal behavioral profile. This leads to greater understanding, better collaboration, and a stronger mutual connection.
Every participant receives a personal Insights Discovery profile (20+ pages) in advance. During the training, we will work interactively with the different color energies and translate the insights into the team’s daily practice.

On May 15, 2025, Petra and her trainers took my teammates and me through the principles of Insights Discovery in an enthusiastic, empathetic, understandable, and expert manner over the course of an entire morning.
To this end, we completed a questionnaire a few weeks in advance and received a personal report on the spot that day containing our personal “profile” (translated into a score on yellow, green, red, and blue), accompanied by a solid reference guide and explanation. What I found particularly strong was that the limitations of the method were also highlighted very honestly.
The report, and especially the personal guidance on that day, gave me more insight into how I think, communicate, and collaborate. Together with my colleagues, we did various exercises in small groups, during which we were guided by the trainers in a fun yet professional manner, gaining insight into everyone's preferred styles. You learn that every person is unique and possesses specific talents and qualities. In my view, the result of that day was that we understand each other better as a team, work together more closely, effectively, and above all, more enjoyably, and are therefore able to achieve even better results.
