Inspiring and educational morning with Carpe Vita

On Thursday 15 May, Rabobank held an inspiring Insights Discovery morning, organised by Carpe Vita — with special thanks to Petra Groot-Nibbelink. It was an incredibly fun and educational experience for the 90 Rabobank colleagues who took part. The morning started with a comprehensive introduction from Petra, who walked the participants through the ins and outs of Insights Discovery. By sharing a personal story, she made the material truly tangible. After that, we got to work with the profiles. The trainers managed to bring the theory to life in an approachable and energetic way, with plenty of room for interaction and personal insights.

The atmosphere was relaxed yet professional, the programme was well put together, and it really brought the team closer. As if that wasn’t enough, they also brought some beautiful weather along with them — a lovely bonus!

We ran the Happiness at Work scan for our internal and external teams. The pillar structure, along with the detailed analysis, clearly highlights where the strength of that happiness lies and, consequently, where the positive dynamic can be found.

At the same time, it pinpoints exactly where the challenges lie within your organisation. In my view, the scan is an essential tool for any organisation looking to achieve its ambitions. Expressing passion and energy is the foundation for growth. With the new way of working (remotely), this has only become more crucial.

I found Petra to be a wonderful coach! She has a wealth of in-depth knowledge.
